The volcanic complex of Sete Cidades encloses the biggest freshwater mass on the island of São Miguel, in a landscape classified as one of the Seven natural wonders of Portugal. During the activity we will have the opportunity to feel the energy of this place, lush pastures , and a picturesque Parish that lives inside a dormant volcano, crossing and discovering both sides of the lake.
Minimum age: 6 years
(until 18 years must be accompanied by parents or guardians, , or bring a written permission).

Minimum equipment necessary
Swim suit, casual footwear that can get wet (ex.. sandals), towel, hat, sunscreen, backpack, strengthening food/water and a change of clothes to wear after the activity.
Recommended Equipment
Lycra Shirt, neoprene shoes, neoprene gloves, windbreaker jacket, proof bag (to keep the phone and/or the camera).
