What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation is permitted up to 8 weeks before departure with the penalty of the non-refundable deposit made at time of booking. The penalty for cancellation less than 8 weeks before departure is 100% of the total payment.

What is your payment policy?

At the time of booking a non-refundable deposit per person is required. The amount will depend on the package purchased. Full payment must be received 8 weeks before departure at which time payment is 100% non-refundable. A non-refundable full payment is required at time of booking for Travel booked within 8 weeks of departure.

Do you offer single rates?

Yes, we do.

What bed types are common in accommodations you offer.

The majority of rooms have two twin beds separated or put together as a double.

Is a Visa required for travel to Portugal or Spain?

A visa is not required for Canadians travelling to Portugal and Spain for stays less than 90 days.

Do Canadians require ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) for travel to Portugal or Spain?

No action is required from travellers at this point.

ETIAS will not be required to obtain before travel or in operations until the last quarter of 2026.
