Start of Tour, with a visit to Viera ceramic factory in Lagoa, unique in the Azores with pottery and traditional pottery manufacture. Then, we continue towards Pico da Barrosa, from where you can contemplate Lagoa do Fogo. The tour continues with a descent to the North Coast and stop at the Regional Natural Monument of Caldeira Velha, where you can enjoy the lush vegetation and enjoy a thermal bath. Lunch will be served at local and traditional restaurant in the municipality of Ribeira Grande. After lunch, we will take a walk where we can visit the main points of interest of the northern city and admire the fine examples of local architecture, very present in this place. The tour continues with a visit to one of the almost obligatory passage points, the liquour factory of Eduardo Ferreira, with taste of the regional liquors there produced. Return to Ponta Delgada is made by the North coast of the island.
