Arrival to Lima´s airport, reception and transfer to selected hotel. Rest day at leisure. Check in and overnight. Check In: 15:00 Hrs.

This morning begin the day with a panoramic view of the “Pucllana Pyramid” a magnificent ceremonial and archeological center built in the 4th century a.D. We visit Historical Center of Lima, where you will appreciate more than fifty monuments and Colonial edifications, such as the Paseo de la República, the San Martín Square, the Main Square, the Government Palace, the Archbishop’s Palace, the Cathedral Basilica, and the City Council Palace amongst others. We will visit the Museum of The Banco Central de Reserva*, where we will admire the “Treasures of Perú” Collection, a fine selection of objects made of gold, ceramics and textiles from different pre-Columbian cultures.
Then, we will visit the monumental San Francisco Convent, which displays the largest collection of religious art in America. Our highlight will be the visit of the underground vaults, known as “Catacumbas” or Catacombs.
Finally we will visit traditional residential areas of Lima, such as El Olivar of San Isidro, Miraflores and Larcomar. *Museum of the “Banco Central de Reserva” is closed to the public on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Monday closed all day.
Return to the hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight.(B)

Transfer to the airport to board the regular flight to Cusco (Flight is not included). Arrival, reception and transfer to selected hotel. Rest of morning free to acclimatize to the altitude.
In the afternoon, City Tour Cusco where you will visit The Cathedral, Koricancha (Temple of the Sun) and the nearby ruins: Qenqo (Ceremonial and Ritual center, place where sacrifices were made), Puca Pucara (this complex was probably used by Emperor Pachacutec as a tambo), Tambomachay (also called “The Bath of the Inca”) and Sacsayhuaman Fortress. Overnight. (B)

Departure by bus to Awanacancha a place where you can appreciate the beauty of the Peruvian Andes with its south American camels and derivaties gotten thanks to the majestic, traditional and modern technique (dyeing, spinning, weaving process) including used materials and live weaving by the people of the Peruvian Andes. Also, visit the famous Indian market of Pisac, a delightful place where you can bargain for the goodies with the local street vendors. Buffet Lunch included at local Restaurant. After that, continue to the majestic fortress of Ollantaytambo. After, return to the selected hotel. Overnight. (B, L)
