Time to embark on the most extraordinary jungle adventure, the 3 days / 2 nights Tortuguero National Park Tour. Tortuguero National Park is located on the northern Caribbean plain of the country.

A navigable network of lakes and channels parallel to the coast crosses the Park with a great scenic beauty, home to a great number of species surrounded by lush tropical vegetation.

Tortuguero is considered the most important nesting site on the western half of the Caribbean for the green turtle (Chelonia mydas) that comes to the beach to nest every year.

All meals and transportation are included during your stay in Tortuguero.

The area of Tortuguero is rightfully called “the Amazon of Costa Rica” because access is only by boat and winding jungle rivers. Surrounded by lush jungle, river Canals and miles of beaches on the Caribean Sea it is the ultimate in tropical beauty and adventure.

Overnight Mawamba Lodge. ( Standard Room  )

Your naturalist will confirm with you the days available activities. In the morning you will have a chance to go on a visit to the “Mawamba Park”, a private facility in our Lodge’s gardens that features two butterfly farms, a frog garden, our bio-digester and river turtles area. This visit is combined with a walk in the trails at the Lodge. After lunch you will meet for the afternoon canal tour in the Tortuguero National Park. Visit one of the park’s canals by boat and discover with your guide the wonderful biodiversity that resides in this area. We recommend you bring your windbreaker and poncho. A shower can always be expected in the rainforest! After your included canal trip you will have some free time to relax before dinner time.

Overnight Mawamba Lodge. ( Standard Room  )

Breakfast is served at the Lodge. We kindly ask you to check out of your room around 8:30 a.m., and gather around the reception/souvenir shop area for departure at 9:00 a.m. back to La Pavona, on a return ride from your way in. You will arrive to La Pavona and then head out making a stop for lunch at  a local restaurant in Guápiles,  will continue our trip to Arenal after lunch

3 night stay at Hotel ARENAL MANOA

Hotel Arenal Manoa is one of the best places to relax and enjoy the stunning view of Arenal Volcano. With lush tropical gardens framing each   of the rooms, guests will feel as if they are in their own secluded rainforest  retreat. Enjoy   your morning coffee on your porch taking in the magnificent volcano views.

The Arenal combo Tour is a fun day showcasing the highlights of the Arenal area. Starting early in the morning, you begin with a guided walk at the Hanging Bridges. Next, you’ll take a walking tour to the La Fortuna Waterfall. This waterfall emerges from a thick forest before falling some 200-ft (70-m) into the pool below. Following this stop, participants will be taken to a local restaurant in La Fortuna for lunch. After lunch you’ll be driven to the Arenal Volcano National Park for some hiking and volcano viewing. A knowledgeable local guide will lead you along trails that present ample opportunities to search for wildlife, inspect plants, or take photos of the Arenal Volcano. Once this hike is finished, you’ll be treated to a few hours in one of the area’s hot springs and dinner

Travel to Monteverde via el van boat van service over stunning Lake Arenal. Enjoy the next two days exploring the misty cloud forest of the Monteverde Region.

Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy the morning zipping through the treetops on a Canopy Tour. Your afternoon we will visit a local Coffee Plantation to see how this regions famous drink is harvested.
