After a brief guided tour by the garden paths, it is recommended a thermal bath in the outdoor pool. After this moment of relax, the return to Ponta Delgada is made by the North coast of the island.

Minimum equipment necessary
Swim suit, casual footwear that can get wet (ex.. sandals), towel, hat, sunscreen, backpack, change of clothes to wear after the activity, comfortable clothing, light jacket, extra t-shirt/sweater, water, food fortification and sunglasses.
Lycra shirt, neoprene shoes, neoprene gloves, windbreaker jacket, proof bag (to keep the phone and/or the camera).
