On behalf of all the people in my group I just wanted to take a few
minutes to formally thank you and JM for all the work that was done for
our recent Portugal trip.
From the very first time we met ,I have been
impressed with your professionalism and your interest in doing what you
can for your clients.
In my experience, you have gone above and beyond
what I would normally expect from a travel agent.
Even though you are
always busy with other clients, projects, etc you were always prompt to
reply to my questions and you were always incredibly helpful.
