This beautiful manor house is part of the history of Viseu, having been residence of illustrious families of the city, such as the Viscountess of São Caetano. The house is surrounded by mystery, tradition, history and heritage and it even provided subject for a novel written by the famous Portuguese writer Agustina Bessa Luís.
